MERCY KIDS COORDINATOR – CARMEL
The Mercy Kids Coordinator provides vital administrative and operational support to Mercy Kids and the broader NextGen ministry. This individual will help coordinate curriculum prep, volunteer scheduling, supplies, and events. Additionally, the role will assist with NextGen and church-wide engagement pathway systems – helping ensure processes, forms, and workflows function smoothly to connect families and guests across all ministry areas.

NEXT GEN INTERN – CARMEL
The Next Gen Leadership Lab is a 12-week, hands-on internship experience designed to equip future leaders with real ministry experience, spiritual development, and personalized coaching. Interns will choose an area of emphasis – Mercy Kids (birth–5th grade) or Mercy Students (6th–12th grade) – while being exposed to the full Next Gen ministry pipeline. The program blends learning, shadowing, leadership practice, and reflection to give interns a meaningful foundation for future ministry and leadership roles.
