MERCY KIDS COORDINATOR
The Mercy Kids Coordinator is a key leader within the Kids Ministry at the Carmel location of Mercy Road Church. This position provides leadership and administrative support to ensure excellent weekend environments for children (birth through 5th grade), while empowering volunteers, managing curriculum prep, and maintaining classroom supplies and systems. The role focuses primarily on volunteer leadership and curriculum readiness and works under the direction of the Next Gen Pastor as part of the overall Next Gen team.

STUDENT AND YOUNG ADULT PASTOR
The Student and Young Adult Pastor is responsible for leading Mercy Students (grades 6–12) and Young Adults (ages 18–26) in a way that fosters discipleship, belonging, and faith ownership. This role builds and leads volunteer teams, develops engaging environments, and partners with parents to create a dynamic spiritual growth pipeline from adolescence to early adulthood. The student and young adult ministries are distinct in both rhythm and approach and are not fully integrated.

BROADCAST PRODUCER – CARMEL
The Broadcast Producer oversees the Broadcast Team (producer, director, camera ops, online tech, and online hosts) at Mercy Road Church – Carmel. This person is also a part of the Mercy Road Staff Location Team that oversees the worship services and guest experiences.

PRODUCTION DIRECTOR – NORTHWEST
The Production Director oversees the production team (audio, video, lighting, and computer graphics) at Mercy Road Church – Northwest. This person is also a part of the Mercy Road Staff Location Team that oversees the worship services and guest experiences.
